The building is strictly non-smoking (including cannabis)
in all units and common areas. Tenant must maintain valid
tenant insurance with a minimum of $2M liability prior to
occupancy. First month's rent is due upon signing of the
lease. Rent is payable on the 1st of each month by
pre-authorized debit (PAD). Any damages caused by the
tenant must be repaired at the tenant's expense. The tenant
agrees to respect building rules and regulations at all
times, including noise and cleanliness standards. No
short-term rentals (e.g. Airbnb) are permitted.
